These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gt77 website at https://gt77.cam and all related services, features, and content offered by gt77 (collectively the "Platform"). They form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and gt77 ("gt77", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close any account you hold.

gt77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Access to and use of the gt77 Platform is restricted. You may only use the Platform if you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Registering while under 21 is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform and hold no active self-exclusion on any account.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You use only personal payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank accounts) registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

gt77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full functionality of gt77 you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be identified and merged or closed, with verified balances transferred to the primary account.

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. gt77 accepts no liability for loss arising from unauthorised account access.
• Notify gt77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Contact us at [email protected] with your registered mobile number.
• KYC verification — including a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport — is required before any withdrawal request can be processed.

gt77 may also request proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership. Providing false or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

gt77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Cash payments, cryptocurrency, and international wire transfers are not accepted.

All deposits are credited to your gt77 BDT wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. gt77 is not responsible for delays caused by the provider's own systems, network downtime, or mobile network congestion. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact gt77 support with your transaction reference number.

gt77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges per their standard fee schedule — these are outside gt77's control and are your responsibility.

gt77 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses and any winnings associated with them are automatically removed from your account.
• Each promotional bonus may only be claimed once per player unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring offer.
• gt77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus where fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion is suspected or proven — including use of multiple accounts, arbitrage, or coordinated play designed to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Bonuses credited as part of a welcome or first-deposit promotion are non-transferable, have no cash equivalent, and cannot be traded, sold, or assigned to any other person.

Bonus terms specific to a particular promotion (e.g. a BPL season cricket betting cashback) override these general bonus terms in the event of any conflict. Always read the specific promotion page before claiming an offer.

The gt77 Platform must be used for personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using third-party identities, fictitious names, or false documentation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or table games, and coordinated multi-account wagering on opposite sides of the same market.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity. gt77 is committed to full AML compliance and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or pricing mistake on the Platform. Winnings derived from an identified error are not valid and will not be paid. gt77 reserves the right to void all affected bets.

gt77 employs automated fraud detection systems that run continuously. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will be flagged for manual review. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. gt77 will communicate the outcome of all investigations to the affected account holder.

gt77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, and payment terms.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by gt77's compliance team.
• Any legal requirement, court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request that requires gt77 to restrict or terminate access.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, gt77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings. Where termination is not caused by a user breach (e.g. voluntary account closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method within 10 business days, net of any applicable deductions stated in these Terms.

gt77 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only. Gambling carries financial risk and can become problematic without discipline and clear personal limits. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools provided by gt77 — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — whenever you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming difficult to control. gt77 will never contact you to discourage you from using these tools or to encourage lifting a self-exclusion before its stated end date.

All content on the gt77 Platform — including software code, database architecture, page layouts, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, text, and documentation — is the proprietary property of gt77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of gt77. Unauthorised use of gt77 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gt77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

gt77's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

gt77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to your personal data.

gt77 uses SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. gt77 does not store your bKash or Nagad PIN, bank account password, or any mobile financial service authentication credential. Payment transactions are processed directly through the relevant payment provider's secure gateway.

gt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — in gt77's reasonable determination — gt77 will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered account holders via their registered email address or in-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material corrections (e.g. typographical fixes or clarification of existing policy) take effect immediately upon posting.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time of a disputed transaction or event shall govern the resolution of that dispute. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure before the amendment's effective date to receive a refund of any verified real-money balance.
